Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: 

New York choice of law and jurisdiction clauses will govern the terms in the event of a legal dispute.  This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.   The parties' consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, for any dispute arising out of this Agreement. 

Changes to the Terms: 

Free to Be Glee reserves the right to update the Terms and Conditions.  Users will be notified of changes by Free to Be Glee posting the updated version and revising the "last updated" date.

Cancellation Policy:  

Please give 48 hours' notice required for cancellations or rescheduling.  Late cancellations incur a 50% fee. We offer one free reschedule for unavoidable issues within 7 days.  There is flexibility for true emergencies (for example illness, natural disasters, etc.).  Clients may reschedule instead of cancelling, potentially with a grace period or credit with a waiver of the cancellation's charges (to be determined by management). Deposits non-refundable. Contact info@freetobeglee.com to modify.

No Shows will be charged the full session/service fee.

Contract based cancellations: Client agrees to 10% admin fee on refunds, deposits non-refundable. Reimbursable expenses (travel) due upon cancellation.
